- If the customer wishes to return the item, he will bear the costs incurred:
1- The shipping fee for returning the product is 35 riyals.
2- Payment fees on credit cards (MasterCard - Visa) are 2% of the total invoice value.
Warranty Policy:
- Free lifetime product maintenance warranty.
- Product maintenance does not include (adding gold weight to the product - product shipping fees - non-repairable products).
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- Next day delivery within Riyadh
- Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom from 3 to 5 working days.
- If the customer requests a special product or changes the size, 3 days will be added to the above period.
