- You have the right to return the item within 10 days of the purchase date.
- The customer is not entitled to return special order products such as names.
- The jewelry must be in its original condition, and the purchase invoice and product barcode sticker must be included.
- The amounts paid will be refunded in the event of a refund via bank transfer to the customer’s account within 7 working days from the date of the refund.
- If the customer wishes to return the item, they will bear the associated costs:
1- Shipping fees for returning the product are 35 riyals.
2- Payment fees on credit cards (MasterCard - Visa) at a rate of 2% of the total invoice value.
Warranty policy:
- Product maintenance is free.
- Product maintenance does not include (adding gold weight to the product - product shipping fees - products that cannot be repaired).
Shipping and delivery policy:
- Next day delivery within Riyadh
- Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom takes 3 to 5 business days.
- If the customer requests the manufacture of a special product or requests a size modification, 3 days will be added to the period mentioned above.
